BAMF Protein Smoothie

Throw into your smoothie blender guy:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 slightly mushy banana
  • 1 giant scoop of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • top with some milk (I used almond milk)

Blend.

Drink.

Be a badass.
