This recipe is really simple and straight-forward; the recipe I want to share is the sauce I used for the marinade/glaze. I cooked up a piece of fresh salmon, ~0.63lb of Brussels sprouts (cut in halfsies), and 1 zucchini. First I rolled the vegetables in the marinade and cooked them @400F for 15min on a broiler pan. Then I put the salmon on the broiling pan as well and cooked that for 10min, then broiled it all for ~3min.
Ingredients: 1 tbsp of each:
- olive oil
- soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- teriyaki sauce
- Szechuan sauce
- (optional) agave nectar or honey — I used this on the vegetables, but not the fish.
