I’ve been taking the fish oil for 12 days now. I take 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp at night. I’ve forgotten a dose here or there, but overall I’ve been fairly good at remembering (it helps that I’ve other medications I take in the morning and at night; it’s easier to remember when you already have a system).
As of right now I am not sure I have noticed much of anything that I can attribute to the fish oil. Pain levels have been similar/equivalent over the past few weeks; energy levels the same.
It has only been 12 days though – that doesn’t mean I’m quitting. I will stick with this dosage through my first bottle, which will be ~1 month. I’ll update again next week and see whether anything has changed.
